Terms of Service

By accessing or using Little Lessons Library (the "Service"), operated by VWRK LLC DBA Little Lessons Library ("we," "us," "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service provides personalized children's stories that may be read in-app, saved to a personal library, or downloaded as PDFs depending on your plan.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.

We offer a Free plan, a Little Reader plan at $4.99/month, and a Story Keeper plan at $9.99/month. Paid plans renew automatically until canceled.

You may cancel at any time from your billing settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial periods except where required by law.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and read content for personal, non-commercial use. You may not redistribute, resell, or republish content.

All story content, characters, artwork, and platform code are owned by VWRK LLC and protected by copyright and trademark law.

Information you provide (such as child names and personalization details) remains yours. You grant us a limited license to use that information solely to generate and deliver personalized content to you.

The Service is intended for use by parents, guardians, and educators. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. All child profile data is entered by a parent or guardian and used only to personalize stories.

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to access it by unauthorized means, reverse engineering, scraping, or using it to harass others.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VWRK LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
